- Control: We do not control, monitor, or manage content hosted on third-party domains.
- Resolution: If copyrighted material appears on a site not owned by Techifyup, you must contact the administrator of that specific website directly to request removal.
3. Our Response Procedure
Upon receipt of a valid, documented DMCA notice, Techifyup will:
Expeditiously remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content.- Notify the uploader: We will make a good-faith effort to contact the individual who posted the content to allow them the opportunity to file a counter-notification.
